Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours in advance.

Where is the meeting point?

Palma (Sunset Boat Experience / Sunset Flamenco Cruise)

Paseo Marítimo, in front of the Palma Auditorium (Pier of the Swallows) – Port of Palma. Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time for check-in.

Magaluf (Family-Friendly Adventure)

Magaluf Beach, right in front of the Bondi Beach restaurant (Pantalan de Magaluf). This tour starts in Magaluf and finishes in Palma. A return bus to Magaluf is included in the price and will be waiting for you after the boat trip. Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time for check-in.

What should I bring on the boat?

For the Family-friendly adventure, Magaluf Experience, please bring a towel, swimwear, and sun protection.

How long will the boat trip last?

The duration depends on the experience you’ve chosen:

  • Sunset Boat Experience (Palma): 4 hours
  • Family-Friendly Adventure (Magaluf): 4 hours
  • Sunset Flamenco Cruise (Palma): 3 hours

All trips include boarding and landing time. Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in.

Is food and drink provided?

Yes, all of our boat trips include food and drinks. You’ll enjoy either a selection of Mediterranean dishes or seasonal fruits, and refreshments. Full details are provided when booking your specific tour.

Can I drink alcohol on board?

Palma (Sunset Boat Experience / Sunset Flamenco Cruise):

Yes. Alcohol is available on board. You’ll receive complimentary drinks (such as beer, sangria, or a welcome glass of champagne dependant on your chosen trip), and a full bar & cocktail service is available for purchase.

Magaluf (Family-Friendly Adventure):

No. Due to the Law on Excesses (approved May 12, 2024), alcohol is not permitted on board this tour. Only soft drinks are served, and bringing your own alcohol is not allowed.

Are there any age restrictions?

  • Sunset Boat Experience, Palma: Minimum age 18.
  • Family-friendly adventure, Magaluf: No age restrictions.
  • Flamenco Sunset Cruise, Palma: Minimum age 18.

Can I show up on the day without a booking?

No, advance booking is required.

Will the tour be cancelled in bad weather?

If the weather is unsuitable, the trip will be cancelled. Storms, strong winds, heavy rain, and rough seas may lead to cancellations for safety reasons. You will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your booking for another available day.

Is the boat wheelchair accessible?

The boat is not fully wheelchair accessible. We can assist passengers with limited mobility by helping them on board—this may involve being carried, as there is no ramp access. Please note that the toilets on board are not wheelchair accessible.

Are there toilets on board?

Yes, there are two toilets available, one for men and one for women.
